On May 17, 2021, at approximately 2100 hours, Deputy Roberts and Deputy Nelson conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Hall Street and Hwy 14. Contact was made with Jason Boren, age 43, of Lebanon, MO, and Mindi Willis, age 38, of Ava, MO. Consent to search was asked and granted. Seized were Marijuana and Meth. Both individuals were transported and booked into the Douglas County jail. Mindi Willis was booked on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. A warrant was issued for Mindi Willis for Possession of Controlled Substance a class D Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance a Class D Misdemeanor, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a Class D Misdemeanor Bond was set at $500 cash with bond conditions of CPS supervision with twice a week testing. No contact with Jason Boren. 7 pm to 7 is a curfew unless verified employment and during that time.
