A man from Malden has been arrested by the Highway Patrol in Carter County. 23-year-old Joseph Robinson was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance meth, felony identity theft or attempted fraud, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Butler County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
