A man accused of murdering a Willow Springs man in 2019 will be in court for a pre-trial in September in Texas County. 23-year-old Michael Nugent is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 30-year-old Cody Ridenoure. Ridenoure was found along the side of highway W and when authorities arrived he told them that Nugent had shot him. Ridenoure died later at the Hospital.
