A West Plains man was injured in an accident south of West Plains Monday morning. According to the Highway Patrol report, 24-year-old Thomas Degumbia suffered moderate injuries when he pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Sarrah Latta of West Plains. The accident happened on Highway 17 about 5 miles south of West Plains. Degumbia was taken to Ozarks Healthcare.
