A West Plains man was arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman at a city park. 27-year-old Alexander Dean Harris is charged with first-degree assault, armed criminal action, and third-degree assault. He allegedly assaulted a woman near the pavilion at People Park. His bail was set at $50,000 he was released on reduced bail of $25,000.
