The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a man from Mammoth Spring Thursday afternoon in Oregon County. 32-year-old Austin Hicks was arrested for a felony parole violation, a Felony Howell County warrant for drugs, felony possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Howell County Jail.
