A Birch Tree man is in serious condition after an accident involving a car and the ATV he was driving.
24-year-old Jason Freeman attempted to overtake a 2011 Hyundai, Freeman then lost control of the ATV and crashed into the rear of the Hyundai.
Freeman was reported to be in critical condition at the scene and was transported by air evac to Mercy hospital in St. Louis.
Freeman is being charged with felony driving while revoked, driving while intoxicated, and careless and imprudent driving.
