The Ecomm News Network is investigating a potential lawsuit against the City of Mammoth Spring.
According to the Mammoth Spring city council minutes, quote City attorney Sam Kieffer gave the council an update on the lawsuit with Redi- Mix concrete. End quote
The next line on the city council minutes states the city may have to pay the 2nd amount of $1819 and that “he” is still working on this.
A source that is close to the situation says this involves a disagreement between a contractor, the city of Mammoth Spring, and Redi- Mix.
ECNN reached out to both sides of the potential suit, both denied to comment due to it being an active legal suit.
