A man from West Plains is being held in the Thayer jail after his arrest on Saturday. 41-year-old Shaun Dale Stone was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of stealing a firearm/explosive weapon/ammonium nitrate. He is being held on a $20,000 cash-only bond.
