The Baxter County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of three people for burglarizing a residence Saturday morning. 40-year-old Michael Howard, 39-year-old Christina Walters, and 33-year-old Stacy Smith are all charged with felony residential burglary. Howard also faces charges of fleeing on foot and is charged as a habitual offender. Bond was set at $25,000 each.
