Independence County Authorities have released the identity of the person found dead in a car last week. 38-year-old Bradley Ginn was found in the vehicle near a Desha Business. He was found sitting in the driver’s seat with the vehicle running. The case is still under investigation pending results from the Arkansas State Crime Lab.
