A Mountain Grove woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Wright County. The Highway Patrol reports that 27-year-old Chelsea Richards was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant and for misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and no insurance. Richards was taken to the Wright County jail.
