The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man from Mammoth Spring on Monday. 57-year-old Farrell Byers was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for financial exploitation of an elderly/disabled person. He was taken to the Thayer Jail and the bond was set at $5,000 cash or $30,000 surety.
