Two people were killed in a one-vehicle accident in Fulton County. The Arkansas State Police report that 57-year-old Jeffery Bennett of Hardy and 56 years old Vickie Bivins of Salem were both killed when the vehicle that Bennett was driving failed to stop at the intersection of Highway 63 and overturned twice. The accident happened at the intersection of highway 63 and Firetower Road in Hardy.
