A Doniphan woman was arrested by the Highway Patrol last night in Ripley County. 43-year-old Mindy Lowery was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance meth, and a misdemeanor Ripley County Warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation. She was taken to the Ripley County Jail.
