Missouri is considering incentives for the COVID-19 vaccine.
Governor Mike Parson’s administration floated the idea of a statewide COVID-19 vaccination program during a meeting with the state’s health officials.
Notes from the meeting that took place on June 25 say the incentives would likely start in July, the state was working with Missouri Lottery for 3 separate drawing structures.
This comes as less than 40% of Missouri’s population had been fully vaccinated and is less than 20% in some counties.
