27-year-old Christopher Bastari from Summersville is being charged with a lane violation and driving while intoxicated.
Bastari was taken to the Shannon County Jail where he was later released.
Katherine Atchison, 61, from Eminence is facing charges of driving while intoxicated, no insurance, failure to register vehicle, and failure to have 2 lit tail lights. Atchison was booked at the Shannon County Jail where she was released.
39-year-old Bobby Finney of Dora was arrested by the highway patrol Sunday evening for misdemeanor West Plains failure to appear warrant.
He is currently in the West Plains Police Department being held on bond.
Finally, 58-year-old Keith Bates of Farmington was arrested by MSHP for misdemeanor patrol charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
