Missouri Governor Mike Parson signed off on the state’s $35.6 billion annual budget.

The approval of the budget means funding for healthcare, education, and other programs that faced uncertainty with COVID-19.

The Governor also vetoed multiple programs and services, cutting $115 million from the budget.

Lawmakers in Missouri will be able to question the Republican Governor’s vetos in September.
