Missouri Governor doesn’t like federal government going door to door to administer vaccine

Mike Parson, Governor of Missouri, says he doesn’t feel comfortable with federal agents visiting the homes of Missourians to encourage the COVID-19 vaccine.

In a social media post, Parson said that he instructed the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to instruct the federal government on the strategy and effective or welcome strategy in Missouri.

The governor also said “Our health department will continue to deliver and encourage fact-based, health-driven messages from trusted medical experts and community partners”
