The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting an arrest from Friday.
According to MSHP, 27-year-old Kyle Akers of Salem, MO was arrested in Texas County for a felony Phelps County warrant for insufficient funds check, no insurance, and failure to register a motor vehicle.
Akers was taken to the Texas County Jail where he is being held on no bond.
