A Mountain View, MO man is facing charges of DWI after his arrest Sunday morning.
According to MSHP, 40-year-old Charles Kindhart is being charged with driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, careless and imprudent driving involving a motor vehicle crash.
Kindhart was cited by the Highway Patrol and later released.
56-year-old Rickie Barnett of Poplar Bluff was arrested in Carter County by the Highway Patrol Sunday evening.
Barnett is looking at charges of driving while revoked and a Butler County warrant for Larceny.
He was taken to the Butler County Jail where he is bondable.
