
In case you missed it, Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson announced his plans to travel across the state for a series of “COVID-19 Conversations” to try to increase the vaccination rate over Arkansas.
Yesterday, the governor made a stop in Batesville to help answer questions about the vaccine and why the community needs to be vaccinated.
The Governor made the comment that Independence Counties’ vaccination rate is very low, hitting 29% this week, but nowhere near his goal of 70%.
Hutchinson makes his way into Northeast Arkansas to Blytheville to hold another “COVID-19 Conversation” Today.
