The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting an arrest from Monday.
According to the Highway Patrol, 30-year-old Alan Wilkins of Ellington, MO was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a felony parole violation warrant.
Wilkins is being held in the Randolph County Jail on no bond.
