Two of three charges against a business owner in Sharp County have been dropped.
According to documents from the Oregon County Prosecutor’s Office, 48-year old Matthew Forscher of Thayer was arrested April 12 after charges were filed against him in March.
Those charges were three counts of fourth-degree child molestation.
Yesterday, the Oregon County Prosecutor’s Office said 2 of the counts were dropped.
Forschler will be back in court for arraignment at 8:30 on August 2nd.
