A man from Texas won $1-million from an Arkansas vaccine incentive.
According to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, a man from Arlington visited the state to see family and made the choice to receive his second dose of the vaccine last Friday.
Gary Smith was given the choice of a $20 scratch off ticket or a $20 gift certificate for the Arkansas Game and Fish.
Smith is an Arkansas native and says that he plans on using his winnings to pay his bills and help his family.
