The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a couple accidents from Tuesday, both involving a minor.
Crash reports state that a 16 year old female was driving southbound on Old Missouri 21, 1 mile south of Ellington, MO when she swerved to miss a deer, ran off the roadway, and struck a tree.
The Juvenile was reported to have serious injuries on scene.
She was taken to Mercy Children’s Hospital in St. Louis.
A man and a juvenile from Branson, MO are reporting moderate injuries after an ATV accident.
22 year old Hugo Mora along with a male juvenile passenger were in a 2019 Can-Am ATV on Lynch Drive, 3 miles east of Bucyrus, when the vehicle traveled off the side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Both the driver and the juvenile passenger were taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston for treatment of their injuries.
