2 Howell County residents were arrested yesterday.
According to the Highway Patrol, 51-year-old Brian Smith of West Plains was arrested for a felony Texas County warrant for driving while revoked or suspended, patrol charges for driving while revoked, no seatbelt, and no proof of insurance.
Smith was taken to the Howell County Jail being held on no bond.
25-year-old Rachel Foster of West Plains is facing charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, a felony Howell County warrant for possession of amphetamine, and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.
Foster was taken to the Texas County Jail and is being held on bond.
