A man from California was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Wednesday evening around 8 pm.
36-year-old Taylor Nelson of Upper Lake, CA was arrested for a misdemeanor Howell County warrant for no valid license and no seat belt.
Nelson was taken by authorities to the Howell County Jail where he is being held on bond.
