The man accused of killing one and injuring many in a shooting at the Koshkonong Gas Station in April has received a change of venue from Oregon County.
According to court records, 27-year-old Christopher Lindley filed for a change of venue to Dent County, MO.
The motion to change was filed on June 18, 2021, and was granted on Wednesday.
Records say that certified docket sheets and the change of venue transmittal sheet have been emailed to the Dent County prosecutor.
