The Missouri and Arkansas Tax-Free weekend is going on this weekend.
Clothing, School supplies, Computer software, Personal computers, Computer peripheral devices, and Graphing calculators are some of the items that will be tax-free.
Area cities like Thayer, West Plains, Willow Springs, Houston, and Cabool will not be participating in the tax-free weekend, but in Arkansas, all retailers are required to participate and may not charge tax on items that are legally tax-exempt during the Sales Tax Holiday.
