Fulton County man facing charges after theft, possession of firearm

Another Fulton County man is facing charges after stealing multiple items. 

According to the probable cause affidavit, Sergeant William Faucet with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, and Mammoth Spring Police Officers Jamie Turnbough and Darian Walters went to the 500 blocks of 12th street in Mammoth Spring to speak to Timothy Hendricks about some thefts that have occurred. 

When arriving on the scene, Officer Turnbough and Walters walked around were there encountered Hedrick. 

He immediately tried to dispose of an F.I.E Corp. Titan .25 Auto pistol that he attached to a lanyard. 

Officer Walters immediately placed Hedrick in restraints. 

He is currently facing charges for felony possession of a firearm by certain persons and felony theft of property for more than $1,000 and less than $5,000. 

Hedrick also has pending charges in Fulton County for 2nd-degree unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, possession of a firearm by certain persons, and 3rd-degree battery from June 2, 2020. 

Timothy Hedrick is being held in the Fulton County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
