
That was Governor Asa Hutchinson’s response to a question regarding Intensive Care Unit beds available across the state.
The Governor was also quoted saying that “Our ICU beds for COVID patients are full in Arkansas”.
Hutchinson also stressed how important it was to get vaccinated.
It was also said that the state is trying to bring some beds online, but for everyone to heed the warning.
The Governor mentioned that Arkansas Poison control has received multiple calls regarding the drug Ivermectin that some say can cure or treat COVID-19, but area doctors are warning citizens to NOT take the medicine as treatment.
Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson did say that with the upcoming Labor Day weekend, that should be the real test for the healthcare system.
