MSHP reporting multiple arrests from Monday

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting multiple arrests from Monday.
According to MSHP, 38-year-old Shannon Cross of Houston, MO is being charged with felony driving while revoked and had no insurance. 

Cross was cited and later released.

 

MSHP reports an arrest of a Hartville, MO man in Wright county on Monday. 

31-year-old Isaiah Church is facing charges of exceeding the posted speed limit, misdemeanor possession of marijuana 11-35 grams, and two misdemeanor failure to appear warrants from Johnson County. 

Church was taken to the Wight County Jail where he was being held on bond. 


Finally, a man from Reynolds County was arrested by the Highway Patrol on multiple charges. 

According to arrest records, 33-year-old Carl Lodge of Ellington, MO has charges of felony driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway involving a crash, no insurance, failure to display valid plates, and no seatbelt.

Lodge was released to medical personnel. 

The accident occurred as the vehicle Lodge was driving went off the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned. 

He was transported by ambulance to the Iron County Hospital. 

The accident happened on Highway HH, 8 miles east of Ellington.
