North Arkansas Electric Cooperative to send crews to Louisianna

When natural disasters occur across the United States, local electric cooperatives send crews to assist in getting the power back on.

North Arkansas Electric Cooperative CEO Mel Coleman tells us that crews will be departing on Wednesday for Lousianna to assist in repairing damages caused by Hurricane Ida. 

He also told us that the cooperative is not required to send any crews, but it’s the right thing to do.
