The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest in Butler County.
According to arrest records, 21-year-old Tyler Leonard of Poplar Bluff, MO is now facing charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, and a felony Ripley County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Leonard was taken to the Butler County jail was placed on bond.
