Fulton County man facing assault charges after threatening neighbor, Deputy

A man from Fulton County is facing charges of terroristic threatening after threatening his neighbor according to court documents. 

In a probable cause affidavit, Mammoth Spring Police Officer Jamie Turnbough stated that  59-year old Joe Glaser threatened his neighbors by telling them he was going to kill them. 

Joe then threatened his neighbor that if he didn’t help jump-start his motorcycle that he had a .45 and would also burn down his house because he was black and that the location was a white neighborhood. 

While being booked into the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, he also threatened to kill Sheriff’s Deputy Arliss Linderman. 

Glaser is facing 2 charges of felony terroristic threatening in the first degree. His bond was set at $5,000.
