ECNN is aware of a fire at the Van Buren Landing that started this morning around 1am.
Officials with the Carter County Sheriff’s Office say firefighters from multiple counties responded to help fight the flames.
Pictures appear to show a complete loss and the state fire marshall will be investigating the fire.

Due to the recent fire, The Landing and The Blue Heron Restauarant will be closed for the year. Thank you to all our friends and customers who have reached out in this time. Thankfully, no one was injured and we are all safe, just trying to process what has happened. For this year, we are ceasing floating and dining operations.
