The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting a crash involving a Thayer resident.
According to crash reports, a 2021 Jeep Compass driven by 18-year-old Cailee Garrison of Thayer was traveling northbound on Highway 101 three miles north of Bakersfield, when Garrison crossed the centerline and stuck a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by 83-year-old Betty Johnston of Bakersfield, MO.
Johnston was reported to have minor injuries on the scene. She was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment.
