The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported 1,987 new cases of COVID-19 from Thursday.
Sadly, an additional seven people lost their lives due to the virus. Missouri does not report recoveries.
The Arkansas Department of Health report 1,824 new cases of COVID-19 Thursday evening.
Active cases and hospitalizations have continued their trend downward the past week.
Active cases are down 294, while hospitalizations dropped by 16.
