The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a West Plains woman on Wednesday.
According to arrest records, 21-year-old Emani Talton is now facing charges for a felony warrant in Howell County for amphetamine, not wearing a seatbelt, driving while suspended, and having no insurance.
Talton was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on bond.
