Cave City Police Department reports arrest after domestic violence call

The Cave City Police Department is reporting an arrest from August for charges that were filed on Friday. 

According to a probable cause affidavit, officers were called to a domestic violence situation that had turned physical. 

Upon the officer’s arrival, police found a victim with abrasions on her left elbow and right palm. 

The victim stated that 62-year-old Charlie Dailey had just picked her up and “literally threw her” outside and onto the parking lot. 

There was a witness that watched the entire situation unfold.

Dailey is now facing charges of felony third-degree domestic battery. 

His bond was set at $10,000.
