The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting an accident in Douglas County that sent a man to the hospital on Sunday.
According to crash reports, a 2002 Yamaha Motorcycle, driven by 26-year-old Joshua Robertson of Ava, MO was traveling westbound on Hwy 14, 3.5 miles west of Ava, when the motorcycle he was driving ran off the right side of the roadway in a curve and ejected Robertson.
Robertson was reported to have serious injuries on the scene, he was life-flighted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO for treatment.
