The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a man after he eluded officers on Monday evening.
According to arrest records, 65-year-old Stephen McVey of Grovespring, MO is now facing charges for misdemeanor DWI, careless and imprudent driving, and no seat belt.
Crash reports state that the 2005 Buick Century driven by McVey traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck two fences, and two trees.
He was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon.
