A man was arrested in Texas County by the highway patrol and faces DWI charges.
According to arrest records, 59-year-old Frederick Lawson of Marble Hill, MO is now facing charges for felony driving while intoxicated – habitual offender, careless and imprudent driving, failure to secure a load, no tail lights, and no insurance.
Lawson was taken to the Texas County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
