The Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a Level 3 registered sex offender (high risk to re-offend) has moved to a new address in Baxter County.

NEW ADDRESS: 2325 Hwy 5 North Mountain Home, AR 72653
The offender was convicted of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree in Baxter County on 07/27/2017. This offense involved the offender engaging in unwanted sexual contact during the summer of 2015 with a then 14-year-old female victim. The offender is currently on probation with the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections.
This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
