The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a man on Monday.
Crash reports state that 50-year old James Wall of Birch Tree, MO is facing a felony charge for a Shannon County warrant, failure to register as a sex offender.
Wall was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was placed on no bond.
