Doniphan For Football Inc. (DFF) will be making a special announcement at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15 prior to kickoff of the Doniphan-Fredericktown game at Brumitt Family Stadium at Griffin Field.
DFF has been leading the fundraising effort since 2016 to bring back football to the Doniphan R-I School District including the construction of a weight room and home stadium.
Play at the freshmen and middle school levels began in 2016. In 2018, the home stadium was completed, however, DFF has continued to work hard to pay off debts associated with the construction.
The public is encouraged to attend the game, support our young people and applaud the efforts of this generous community in supporting this endeavor.
