The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting a DWI arrest in Shannon County.
Arrest records state that 39-year-old Samuel Shedd of Eminence, MO is facing charges of felony DWI, no insurance, no headlight, and no seatbelt.
Shedd was cited and released.
