The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Wright County.
Arrest records show that 36-year-old Orval Volner of Norwood now faces felony probation or parole warrant charges – parol absconder, and a felony Wright County warrant – probation violation or child neglect.
Volner was taken to the Wright County Jail and was placed on no bond.
