The West Plains Chamber of Commerce met on Thursday afternoon, and Chancellor Dennis Lancaster from Missouri State University-West Plains was the guest speaker.
The chancellor says that other than 2013, admissions at the college are up.
Lancaster also tells us about an expansion coming to the college.
